Kemeri Tower

The design has been sculpted by keeping in mind the prime visual points of the park, eventually resulting in a triangular shape. The main idea has always been to create a natural link between the already exiting pathways so that it is convenient for the visitors to access. The slope of the observation tower is designed as a varied green landscape to view the incredible views of the magnificent landscape with both staircase and ramps making it easy for all visitors, not just those that are more physically able than others.

The structure rises upwards as an extension of the ground plane which seems to be a part of the landscape but reaches for the sky. We have carefully prevented and used the existing landscape to drive the formal expression of the building and to create a place of welcome and community. To add on The Cables which extend from the tip of each level to the top of the iconic concrete tower represent the connectivity of nature with life.

Apart from the requirements demanded we have designed this spectacular structure which will
provide much needed shade and a unique space for any events thus increasing the population flowing to the observation tower and making it more tourist friendly destination. The aim is that the observation tower will be predominantly self-sufficient in energy and thus stand as an environmental model for public construction.
