One of the notable features of the house is the inclusion of a small swimming pool, a semi-open kitchen, and bathrooms designed with traditional athukudi tiles, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Each bedroom is designed with balconies that not only provide stunning views but also allow ample natural light to illuminate the space. The house also boasts two stairwells that lead to an interior balcony overlooking the living hall, adding to the sense of openness and connectivity within the home.
